There's nothing like IDD (intervertebral disc decompression) It's the best. The machines are a little bit scary at first, because they strap you down on it. But that's just to keep everything as safe as possible. Once you get used to it, the experience is actually quite euphoric. Will further discuss their remedies on the 2dtaaks back episode podcast (may have to do a part two) God Bless The Winter Park Spine and Injury Center.
